Seth Shimp is an artist, producer, and songwriter from Calgary, Canada. Seth’s music blends infectious melodies with a modern, indie-pop sound that ranges from uplifting and energetic to reflective and melancholy. With a background as a drummer and playing guitar in a metal band, Seth fell in love with pop and began producing. After discovering music production and falling in love with pop music, he began enlisting his friends to let him produce their music. Seth now self-produces, writes, and records his own music. His first song “Good Day” was released on January 28th, 2022. The song is an uplifting and dynamic track that showcases the lighter side of Seth’s sound. His second single “Nowhere With You” was released on March 18th and is an intimate acoustic song that showcases Seth’s intentions to avoid being pinned down by any one specific style of pop music.
